Cutlers Returns Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchases. However, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen working days after the time of ordering.

Any goods that are damaged when you receive them must be reported to us within 24 hours (or the next working day).

Any goods that are missing from the delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours (or the next working day).

If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered by you, then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges and our costs for delivering “carriage paid” orders.

Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and is returned in a resaleable condition.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, nor will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Goods are intended for use in the UK only and we cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations or other standards applicable outside the UK. All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.

Illustrations, descriptions, weight and measurements shall be taken by the Buyer as a guide only and are not binding in detail. Cutlers Sales reserves the right, without notice, to make changes to any specifications as it sees fit.

You need to contact Cutlers Sales by telephone or email if you wish to return goods beyond the statutory period.

When you return goods to us, you are responsible for ensuring that they are in the original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. Cutlers Sales cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit, so we recommend that you obtain a “Proof of Posting” receipt from the Post Office or courier. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or clearly identify the invoice number.

On receipt of goods by Cutlers Sales, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering the goods, and this may take up to 30 days.
